I'm not sure if I understand you correctly but it sounds like you had a paper jam problem and now your printer is not functioning properly. Here are some tips:
- Make sure to remove the paper jam completely.
- Avoid leaving torn paper in the printer, this would cause future paper jams.
- Unload the sheets of paper from the feeder. Open the printer cover and remove the cartridges. Close the printer cover. Unplug and re-plug the printer into the power source to reset it. When the printer turns on, re-insert the cartridges and then close the printer cover. Load some paper. Try to print again.
