I have the same exact problem. I uninstalled my flash player and reinstalled the newest version and still get the same 'need adobe 8.0 or higher' message. I have restarted my computer and this still does not work. Help.

Even though my system has the latest flash and shockwave, when I boot the disk the error shows up that I need version 8.0 or newer.

I have the same problem. I have uninstalled my old Adobe and reinstalled the newer version many times. My adobe works on everything else. I have tried to go directly to the disc, but it still doesn's work. It is very frustrating.

You can do one of 2 things. You can either connect to the internet to update your adobe software, or you can open the file from the drive itself.

To open the file, open "my computer" on the desktop. Then open the drive that the CD is on. Explore CD and look for setup.exe or activesync.exe. Double click and install.

My tmobile dash keeps going back to the home screen

Hi jamari140,

A few questions to get a better idea of what this might be:

1) Are there any applications that open successfully?
2) Which keys/buttons are you pressing to enter these apps?
3) Have you been experiencing any issues with the keyboard (incorrect key sequences or letters, etc.)?

Please respond to the above and we'll dive a little deeper into what's going on here.
Thanks!
Jonathan

Dash stuck on opening TMobile screen

The Windows Mobile installation may be corrupted.
The only way to fix that problem is by re-installing the windows software on the phone.
You can get the software for the T-mobile dash at the following link: http://www.t-mobile.com/wmupgrade/
Be warned that if you use this method most of the data on the phone will be lost, like text messages and etc. Your contacts should be fine as the are stored on the SIM Card and if you have been syncing your contacts with your PC then they should get loaded when you do the up
