Diplomat aca9102 wont start all program lights flashing and making bleeping noise

    all the program lights start flashing when i open the machine but when i set it at the beginning it won't start.

    HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WORKED FINE THEN STOPPED HALF WAY THROUGH NOW HAVE 3 LIGHTS FLASHING, BLEEPING AND IT SOUNDS AS IT IT WONT DRAIN ETC. HOW CAN I FIX IT. BROUGHT IT FROM MFI 4 MONTHS AGO AND ITS GOT A 4 YEAR WARRENTY WHAT A JOKE

    Exactly the same problem here! Can't even get through to Diplomat tech help, i've also got 4 year warranty. what a joke!

    anyone know of diplomats tech support number as the one on my booklet is closed down........not happy about this , i think its the pump not letting water in anyone had a solution?

There is a small/large leek in the base of the unit with the filler module probably as i have just removed mine cleaned it emptied all the water from inside the base, tightened the hoses properly and now its running, i was a hour to repair i am a technical minded person so i had no problems but if you are unsure please contact service engineer any local repair man should be able to fix it! there was a switch controlled by a foat in the base as my unit had a leak this is what cause continuious bleeps and 3 flashing lights!!! good luck

Not sure of my model number as it's integrated. It's timer is still on and showing 11 mins left but it's not doing anything.

Hello Simon,

No water in the tub would indicate the drain is clear (unless it never filled at all...have you confirmed? Do you hear water leaving the unit?).

Those bleeps and flashing lights are of course the machines desperate effort to tell you it's problems and the code may be in the owners manual or a call to the manufacturer.

I'm a big one for checking grunge accumulation and would ensure the discharge hose is clear. This gets back to hearing water leaving the machine. You may need to pull the unit to check the hose, although a common blockage is right at the connection to your disposal.

Also, check for debris under the filter screen in the bottom of the tub, another place detritus accumulates.

It is likely the door switch is faulty and not letting the dishwasher start the cycle. Need to have the full model number and make of dishwasher to advise further.

check your water intake- i had the same issue - a leaky fitting wasn't supplying enough water to the dishwasher. had exactly the same symptoms you describe. fixed the leak, reset the dishwasher & it's working fine.
