If you are getting the corrupted drive message this means that you have corrupted data on your hard drive. The link below will help you address this. Note if you still have trouble you will most likely need to replace the hard drive.

When I try to delete a corrupted save file on my Play Station 3 this message comes up "80010036 An error occured during the delete operation error." and I am unable to delete the file.

There was a problem when it first came out (not reading the hardrive correctly). Download a small demo or trailor and then delete all, this should work
If however it does not, then you will have to re-format the hardrive.
It sucks to be sony!

Ps3 60gb no operating system

First the PS3 doesn't use flash memory, it uses a 2.5in SATA hardrive. It can't be that there is no OS, otherwise the PS3 would write it to the hardrive, it must be corrupted or have some other problem.

I would recommend buying a 2.5in SATA hardrive - they're very cheap. Ask in store for one, or you can get one from Play.com. If that doesn't work, it's a problem with the PS3 itself and you should phone Sony.
