Recording a movie of a subject that is brightly lit by the sun or some other very bright light source can cause vertical lines or bars to appear in the image during playback. This is due to a CCD phenomenon called "smearing." Note that lines or bars appear in movie images only, but not in snapshots. Smearing does not indicate malfunction of the camera.

The defect is inside the LCD screen of the monitor - this is unfixable, the monitor will have to be replaced.

i think your vertical IC ( if vertical lines are shown) / horizontal IC ( if horizontal lines are shown) of your monitor has damaged. you may contact a mechanic and change the corresponding IC

THERE IS A VERTICAL BAR THAT APPAERS CONTINUOUSLY ON SCREEN

If the bar appears on the screen when you first turn on the system (prior to O/S load) then it is more than likely your monitor.

Try replacing the screen with another or take this screen and connect it to a laptop or another system. If it still has the line, then replace the monitor.

At today's prices, I would not bother replacing the LCD on this stand-alone monitor. I would buy a new one.

Good luck

The image is getting blurred

Hi

The camera may have moved when the picture was taken. Try steadily squeezing the button intead of a quick press.

2.Try using a tripod, this could fix the blurred images.

3. faster shutter speed will be needed if you need to hold the camera, and cannot use a tripod.

4. Main reason for the lines could be that the subject is to bright.
A vertical bar of light(red, purple) appears on the LCD monitor/ in the viewfinder This is a normal occurrence in devices containing CCDs (Digital Cameras) and does not mean a malfunction. (This red bar of light will not be recorded when shooting still photos, but it will be recorded when shooting
movies.)

Solution to the last point would be to try and switch of the flash if it is in use. Turn the ISO setting (50, 100, 200) to a lower one as well.

Hope that helps.

What you see on your screen are retrace lines, it can happen for various reasons. Jut lower the screen voltage by adjusting the knob specified as "screen" on the LOT, this will disappear.
