Can't read the disc - Nintendo Wii Console

IMO Never Use a cleaning disc for Gaming consoles. Which Xbox 360 do you have? Is it the Older Model or newer one? You can Try Blowing into Your Xbox disc drive. Is your xbox up to date,you can unplug your xbox 360 and from the wall and the Xbox. Wait 25 Mins and Try again.

Try other discs to see if its still working properly...most likely the recording on the disc is not burnt properly or there's something wrong with the disc, (ie, scratched or surface dirt etc) or the DVD player just can't read the disc...for example can it read the type of disc(does it read dvd+r or dvd-r, or both?--- if i remember rightly)..... I've had discs that have had bad recordings but can still be read if placed into tray a particular way around... randomly try different positions, also cleaning disc as you go...depending on how desperately you want it to read the disc...could also be bad disc batch... there could be many reasons...

If you get a cannot read disc etc either you have a dirty or a bad optical pickup unit in the player--it reads the disc etc.

If bad cheaper to buy a new unit.

You can try Nintendo's Wii lens cleaning kit. Also, some older Wii units have trouble with dual layer discs, which pack more info onto a disk (Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Metroid Prime use dual layer discs). If your Wii is having trouble reading a dual layer disc you can try Nintendo's Wii lens cleaning kit for that too.

If after cleaning its lens your Wii still can't read any disks then you'll want to contact Nintendo.

Well if the disc's are severly scratched were the console has a hard time reading them then. or try cleaning the disc's first with a disc cleaning solution.

I suggest to try with another disc. If that happens again, then try to clean lens with special disc. And if then won't help, then you'll need to change laser that reads discs. Usually it's not worth trying

The READ head is dirty or damaged...very difficult to get to the back of TV to disassemble DVD player.. clean read (light diode) head with light cleaning fulid or don't take apart & use official cleaning DVD disc. Look on web site for CD\dvd cleaning disc.It looks like a CD but has 'fuzz' or a very thin " rug" on 'read' side of disc.

Well its because that there is something wrong with you v cube like the part that reads the disc's are gone now or is weak so it would need a new reading laser.

the optical drive may be broken
if it is dusty I would try vacuuming it and blowing clean air through it to clean it
