These are my suggestions.

Possible issues.

The USB port on the phone is faulty and not making proper contact.

The battery charger you are using is not of sufficient current to charge the battery fast enough.

The charger/regulator circuit in the phone may be faulty. unfortunately it is not user serviceable.Have the phone repaired by a qualified technician.

Possible solutions
You may be able to purchase an external battery charger and use that then insert the battery in the phone.

Charger conection on phone does not work.

Hello,
first make sure the charger is working by testing it with another phone. If charger is confirmed working, then it means problem is from the charging port of the phone. The charging port maybe defective and needs to be serviced or replaced.
Good luck.

I have 2 motorola phones........the v195 and the krzr but when i try to charger both..........they not taking the charge. i tried removing the battery and everything. PLZ HELP

Try getting a mini-usb cable and connecting it to your pc- either that, get a second Motorola charger. I suspect that the charger you currently have is defective- it is rare for two pieces of equipment to show the exact same issue

Takes too long to charge. i bought a new battery [store not online] 3 weeks ago. The blue light goes off an on. Sometimes two bars get filled sometimes 4 none. It varies

Well have you checked your charger.best bet would be to take your phone to future shop or some place like that and try a new charger in the store.See if that makes a difference.
