Adding the Yahoo! Toolbar to your favorite Web browser gives you the option to add the Yahoo! translation service Babel Fish to your toolbar for easy access to translation services.

If you can't figure out where these settings are I would suggest downloading Google Chrome browser and go to yahoo and login in chrome. Google Chrome should be able to translate the page for you so that you may make the changes to set it back to English.

A proxy is sometimes not too difficult to get around, but if done properly, it can be a real pain. The first solution I'd try to recommend is to use what's called a translation proxy - basically any website that translates a page from another language into your native language. When a website does the actual translation, the processing is done on the company's servers, and then the final result is sent to you - bypassing all proxies that your work has erected. To take advantage of this, I would use a free translation service on the web, such as http://www.freetranslation.com/ . Simply log on to that website, and click on the 'web translation' tab at the top. Enter mail.yahoo.com in the bar and for the translation options, select any language to English (when the website tries to translate these words, it will recognize that everything is already in english and leave all of the words in their un-translated state.) Hopefully you will be able to navigate this site!
If you end up clicking on links or moving to a new page, you may leave the freetranslation.com domain, and hence will be blocked by your company's proxies. In that case, simply copy the url of the page you were attempting to load, and enter that in the freetranslation.com webpage once more.

You should be able to see those emails after hitting F5 from the keyboard a couple of times.

Also, try clearing your cache:

For IE, click Tools, Internet Options. In the general tab, under Delete browsing history, delete ALL.

Further, flush your DNS. Open a command prompt, then type:
