From what I remember reading the manual, press ID button on the receiver. LED on receiver will blink fast for a few seconds then slower. Press ID button on mouse and keyboard (need a pen or something to press mouse button). I've never had a problem syncing the keyboard/mouse no matter what order I do them. Never had a problem till new computer (USB/PS2 separate ports) and Win7. Now keyboard works, but mouse will not respond though receiver LED blinks it is receiving input. I will try an adapter and go all USB.

I have the same product. There seems to be no answers to these posts because there is no known fix for the problems being experienced. No software in package, product doesn't work. DO NOT BUY!! If I hadn't left it in the package for so long and lost the reciept I would return this product. Right now the mouse is working fine for me, but the keyboard won't stay connected for longer than about 10 seconds of use, then craps out and doesn't work. Brand new energizer batteries in both units and all. I think the people that made this product are just cheap and can't provide a solution to their crappy product, hence why it was so cheap. Can anyone say RIPOFF?

Either fix the problem, order a recall, SOMETHING, or I will never buy a product from this company again, if I don't do that already.

If anyone has the m REAL manual (not the one provided for this product on the maker's website) please post how to properly connect the keyboard and mouse via the ID select buttons. Maybe that might fix the problem if there's a certain way it has to be connected, or a certain order they have to be done in. The manual provided on the maker's website says product # 62150 automatically detects and configures itself, but as we all know this is a load of ****. If anyone has any other helpful advice, I'm all ears.

How to reset keyboard?

Press the ID button on the receiver. LED will blink fast for a few seconds, then slower. Press the ID button on the keyboard and mouse (need a pen or something for the mouse button). Always works for me no matter which order I do them in. If receiver LED blinks whenever you mover mouse or hit key, it is receiving signal. (remember mouse sleeps after a few minutes and you have to spin the scroll wheel). If OS does not recognize on new computer, may be connectors. I had separate keyboard and mouse PS2 ports and had to use an USB adapter for the keyboard cable.

Keyboard works, mouse does not

Needs fully charged batties if wireless to work?

If charged, reinstall mouse/keyboard setup disc.

Still fails, return to point of sale for exchange if within guarnatee.

Mouse works fine but cant get keyboard to sync

Might be a defective keyboard. Check and make sure its compatible for windows vista but all keyboards should work with any system.. As well maybe the port on the computer is bad..

I've used the 62150 black combo on XP Pro, not the 62150N Deluxe silver combo, for years without a problem after setting them up. Had 2 PS2 ports so had to use an adapter for the keyboard connector. To sync, press the ID button on the receiver. LED will blink fast for a few seconds, then slower Press the ID button on the mouse and keyboard while receiver is still blinking (need a pen or something for the mouse button). If the receiver LED blinks whenever you move the mouse or hit the keyboard, it is receiving the signal. If the OS does not recognize input, it could be the connectors (I had separate PS2 for mouse and keyboard each).
Their website does not provide driver downloads or much user support - stop posting the link for everything SLSL2000.....

I'm having the same problem. If anyone has any suggestions I'm open to ideas - Mouse works great but the keyboard doesn't. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software at least twice via remote desktop- done a hard reboot on the hardware (it's a Logitec wireless keyboard) - I've even tried installing it on another computer and the keyboard and mouse both work great! I just can't get it to work on my computer. The curious thing is that the side buttons (like sleep work) but not Ctrl Alt or Del so I can't login - what am I doing wrong? Are there settings that need to be changed? It won't even recognize a standard (corded) keyboard
