Question about Toshiba (SD-C2502) Internal DVD Drive
Gradually my Matshita RJ 611 DVD RAM burner in my Toshiba recognized fewer and fewer disks until today when it recognizes no disk at all. I sent this computer in for repair under Toshiba warranty and Circuit City Warranty 9 times for multiple issues. On three occasions I asked about the inability to read disk and was given a line stating that if it will read any disks it is OK. BS. Now I am out of warranty and would like to have a working internal DVD burner. ( I have a Targus external that works fine). I tried downloading the driver on the Toshiba web site that claims to be the appropriate driver, but when I try to install it, it says It isn't the correct driver.
What can I do from here??

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
