well, my old phone was the Samsung Soul U900, and axidentally put a Puk lock on that, and my dad rung up Orange, and asked for the Puk Code, and they gave us it and you just type into your phone the number you were given and it should unlock, obviously, you wouldn't ring orange unless orange is your network, so just ring the network that you have.

A request for a PUK code ("Personal Unlocking Key") will appear on your phone if your SIM card PIN code is entered 3 consecutive times incorrectly.

Your SIM card will then become "PUKed" or Blocked. This is a security measure to protect your service.

You need to call the Customer Service department of your cell phone provider and they will give you the PUK code which will unblock your SIM card.

The PUK or personal unblocking key is network specific and applies to the sim card not the phone.

The only place you can get the PUK is from your network provider. Ring them on another phone and the good news is they will give you the PUK for free.

As ginko correctly said above, The PUK is exclusive to your sim card, not your actual phone.
Easiest option is to obtain the PUK from Orange customer services. Call 450 from anothe Orange handset, or 07973 100450 from a landline.
Make a note of your PUK when you get it, because it will always remain the same (for that sim card)

PUK is stored in flash memory - and only resettable with software.
You will need to contact your service provider to unlock it.

the puk code are be giving by provider also puk 2 the puk 1 are to be unlockt the phone for acces ,the puk 2 are for deblock the phone card.
also you have the posibility unlock the phone for other operators then you need unlocking your phone this wil be also given by your operator they need then your imei number (pressing *#06# wil display)and this unlock codes wil be giving after one year of discription with the provider

You need to contact Orange, is the only way to get the PUK.
Here is general Orange website.
At the top there is a box that says group sites, select your country in the box and then Sign up to manage your account online, so that you can visualize page with customer service number.

Once you get the number phone them, they will ask phone number and model number and give out your puk code.
If you post here a new request with your country we can find the number straight away.
Alternatively put the following sentence in google, you should find the number the same
