Turn on the camera. Make sure the camera is not in Favorites mode. Make sure there is a connection between the camera and the printer. Make sure power is connected to both the printer and the camera. Use the Direct print menu to change the image storage location.

Will this camera put the date the picture was taken on to the actual picture? I know it shows it on the screen but can it be printed too?

This camera will not deface your images by scrawling a string of numbers across them. If you're printing directly from the camera to a PictBridge-compatible printer, you can tell the camera to print the date on the pictures by setting the Date option to "Date" or "Date&Time". Refer to the "Printing images directly using a PictBridge Compliant Printer" section of the manual (page 86 in my copy).

How do I print pictures from my camera on the computer(pictbridge)?

The camera compares its PictBridge functions to the functions of the printer. The camera then displays the supported functions on menus on the LCD screen or in the viewfinder.
PictBridge print options

Once a PictBridge digital camera is connected to a compliant printer, print options appear on the camera LCD. The camera menu system is used to make settings such as print size, layout, media type and date.

You can print a single image displayed on the camera, print two or more images or print all images on the memory card. You can print part of an image by first cropping it within the camera and even create index prints, also known as contact sheets.
Print sizes and PictBridge

Not all PictBridge digital cameras let you select all available prints sizes, such as 13×19? if you have a wide format printer. If the printer has a memory card slot, use it and larger size prints should be available.
Is your device PictBridge compatible?

To find out if a camera or printer is PictBridge compatible, look for the PictBridge logo on the packaging or check the manual for specifications. If still unsure, call the manufacturer!

Select picbridge at USB mode setting when printing (fujifilm camera A500)

You only use Pictbridge when printing directly from the camera to the printer. If you activate Pictbridge and connect the camera to the computer, you will get "communication error".
The printer also needs to be Pictbridge compatible.

Nope. Uses "PictBridge" for printing directly from an infrared-enabled camera phone (with PictBridge ready phone and proper cable). Also print directly from a PictBridge ready digital camera/DV camcorder.
