I am trying to get the LG home theater to work. When I first got it, the system wouldn't turn on. The blue light would come on to show it is on standby and when I pressed the power button nothing would happen. I looked for any problems with the ribbon cable and cirucit board, but there were no visible problems. When I put it back together, the system would go directly into demo mode, and holding the power button would not disable it.
