If those items do not apply, then there is likely a failure in the coolant system, (Loss of coolant most likely) other items may be the cause, if you address items listed without success, a service technician will be required.
Hi jo,
I see that you mentioned oyou Zanussi Frost Fre Fridgfreezer is beeping every Hour or so, and that the display lights are flashing red, and the Temperature is not picking up as you mentioned.
You did not give the Model or Product number of your Machine click this link to be able to download the Manual and information for Troubleshooting your Frost Free Freezer.
Also if you defrost your Fridge an open the Panel inside the Freezer you may see tubes where the Freon goes around if those tubes are covered by Ice then most likely it is either there is a leak on one of the Tubes or the Freon on your Fridge is already Low and need to be refilled.
If you thaw the Ice covering the Tubes, It is possible that you may regain the Freezer from Picking up with it cooling... Also the beeping most likely could be an indication that the Freon could be Low or maybe something Else is wrong.
check the Link i posted you can download the manual and troubleshooting Guide from that Link.
I hope that this helps.
Thank you for choosing Fixya,

No need for a multimeter.
Check if the Compressor is warm and clicking?
If it is then this can only be repaired by a service technician.

Hi Jo mills,
With regards to this problem,
Either the main frost main defrost heater under drain heater is faulty.
Therefore , please have a check by removing the baskets from the freezer and removing the back cover , there you will find two screws which you need to unscrew.
You will find two wires there, use a multimeter to check those wires , and also look above the wire plugged into the back and you will find that the wires are pushed into a small block.
Now you need to unplug these and meter them out.
If you find the faulty , that means they need to be replaced, because it's usual for the small drain heater which is situated in between the plastic unit that causes the problem , because the FAN gets jammed up and it results in irritating beep sounds.
Hope this helps ..:)
