Question about Dell Latitude D600 Notebook
Only two things that can go wrong with a keyboard. 1- a driver glitch, try uninstalling the keyboard drivers from the device manager, then reboot. The machine will find the keyboard and reinstall the drivers automatically. 2- the keyboard has malfunctioned, in which you will need to replace it.
