My Delonghi PAC-A130HPE 13,000 BTU portable air conditioner has started to leak like crazy. I only had it for just over a month now. It is supposed to shut off and display a "full tank" message or something when the internal tank is full (this only for the dehumidifier or using the unit for a full season), but that has not happened and this leak is coming from a hole, on the bottom, near the front middle of th unit and not the back where the drain plug is (by the way I did the drain plug too and let it completly drain the excess water out). After I felt that the unit was emptied of water, I turned the unit back on and less than 24 hours later, more WATER! Is there a remedy for this or do I have a defective unit like most of the blogs I have seen. Please help,
Thanks!

Don't know if this is the type issue you are having. I had my unit leak all over the place last year and found there was ice buildup on the inside of the unit. You would have to remove the cover completely in order to check this out. Also make sure the drain is clear.
Yes it should, beware that power issues are ******* portable A/C units, most have fuse protection inside the control compartment on the circuit board. Not that easy to get to.
