u need a software called scanner utility to be able to scan to a folder on the pc u connected to.Unless u scanning to e mail then ur new server has different network details

An error code of A 100 indicates a problem with the main scanner. Unfortunately this usually requires replacing components of the machine. You will need to call a repair technician to take a look at this.
It could be something as simple as a loose connector on the main board, the exposure lamp could need replacing or a board might need replacing. All of these things should be done by a technician.

The km 2050 was on network, but moved to home and directly into tower system via usb interface connector. Printer works, but can not get scanner to work? read instructions without a clue. can someone help with correct proceedure?
you need to get the i.p address of your scanner and access it from your browser.
on the bottom left of the command centre menu you will see SCAN TO PC "destination" . put your details in new screen. if you are using a static i.p address for your pc put that in. if you are running dhcp you should use the host name of your pc
