Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I purchased my printer on 11-21-07 for 69.99 plus 7 % sales tax. I was on the phone for 2hours with Gabby.I was then sent a previously used printed to replace the first.The second printer has the same problem plus when you try top change the ink cartridge it makes a gringing noise. I have called your helpline for two weeks I am disconnected each time. On my email I received the number 080626-0007 93.This has been going on since late June.I feel I bought a new computer and was sent a rebuilt computer,neither one works.At this time I want my money back. This is no way to treat a client. The nerve of you to send me a rebuilt printer with the same problem plus the grinding sound.I have no faith in your product.any longer by the way I was treated.Send me my money back.
