A newly purchased 23/6/22 CANDY fridge-freezer has never worked properly and is permanently out of order
this refrigerator was delivered. I let it rest for 24 hours before plugging it in; but it has never cooled properly from the start and breaks down : the little frost thaws. I have to keep a constant eye on it and put it on fast freeze to get any cooling at all. and this for a brand new device. there is no manual, and no type or serial number, did I miss something? Do I already have to knock on the door of KREFEL , where I bought the refrigerator.

This is a Warranty issue. You need to contact Candy direct and they will instruct a repairer to fix it free of charge.
