i have a rca r52wh74 with a chassis # ITC222A when i turn it on the colors are off about an inch from each other and the picture is bowed down form the top about 2''. I tried auto convergence and it did not work then when i went to do manual convergence it, convergence had dissapeared form the menu.

The 45 volts feeding the convergence amp power supply may be missing that is why convergenc is bad the heat sinks on the convergence amp cba are probably cold from not running that is why convergence is not displayed in the menu repairing the power supply will most likey fix it for you I assume you have a schmatic?

The convergence board is bad and can be component levale repaired for cheaper than a new one. But you will have to have a tech do the repair
