Question about Washing Machines
Hi, my washing machine is no longer super silent, in fact it sounds like a train coming through the house, so bad we have to close the living room door when it`s on spin cycle. The machine is about 3 years old so it has plenty of life in it.
I have dismantled it and found that the clips on the drum paddles are worn down but everything else is ok as far as i can tell. There does not appear to be any play in the drum bearing assembly.
Please help solve this mystery so that we may live in the super silence we`ve come to expect.
What type of floor is your washing machine sitting on? This may sound like an odd question, but it matters. Is this a front loader? Or a top loader?
