Question about Cell Phones

Samsung R430 My Shot cell phone

I have been using the phone for about 35 days. When you turn it on, it goes to the logo screen and then turns itself off. It will do this until you actually turn the phone off. You can not make calls on the phone.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Unfortunatly your phone oftware and firm ware is out of date, it is better to get a new phone, you can try a hard reset, but that deletes everything on your phone. To hard reset power phone on and enter code
*2767*3855#
and wait untill phone restarts.
