There are 2 options, either the battery is damaged or the mainboard of the cellphone. I recommend go to a cellphone repair vendor and ask them to check your battery, There is no case to buy a battery if the mainboard is the problem

That happened to me Once , I did a factory reset and the problem was solved ,It is very likely a software problem caused when you added a third party app. and it messed up your cellphones software settings.Resetting your cellphone ( doing a factory reset) should take care of this

First of all make sure that the charger and the cellphone is connected properly to each other. There should be some activity going on in your cellphone indicating that it is really charging. Can you see that activity? If not, try plugging the charger on a different location. If it is possible, try a different charger.

The problem is between the connection of your cellphone and the charger. I think the power has been drained from the battery already that's why it's not turning on.

I have two suggestions:

1. Check the hole in your cellphone where you put in your charger. Maybe, the hole has a problem or any sign of damages.

2. Buy a new charger. Check whether your cellphone works with the charger before buying it just to make sure that it's not your phone which has a problem.

I have the same problem. Were you able to turn it on again? Mine shows me a cellphone connected to a computer but when i plug it to my laptop, wont do anything...

you can see if ebay have a broken phone like yours and you can use the parts off the phone you buy from ebay to replace the one in your phone.

hey you have to bring your phone to a cellphone repair shop for it to reformat, but your phonebook will be erase once its been reformat.

my nokia 70 wont turn on

My phone is doing the same thing. It wasn't wet or anything. What's the deal? Black screen but green light when charging. Is there anything to be done?
