You can try resetting it by holding the middleand menu buttons until the Apple Symbol shows up. Then plug it intoyour computer.
If that doesn't work then you can try to restore it to factorysettings, and if all else fails you can contact Apple at 1-800-MY-APPLEor http://www.apple.com/support/
