Could be just a bad connection. Check it for voltage with your lights on. If you get 12V, your connection is probably either weak or oxidized. You could try bending the connector wires out a little if it's a plug-in type bulb, or cleaning the socket if it is a socket type bulb. It helps to use some dielectric grease on the bulb/receptacle as a preventative measure against corrosion.

My drivers side backup light isn't working. I changed the bulb and it still doesn't work. Apparently there isn't a fuse for the backup light. Can anyone help?

If the other one is working then there is something wrong with the wireing between the two of them, or the connection in the light or the bulb contacts are dirty in the holder.

1997 Acura 3.5 RL right brake light not working (all other rear lights - both left and right work). Changed bulb (two separate bulbs) and still not working. Checked all fuses under dash and hood. Is...

The problem is the socket. Remove the bulb and bend the tabs in the socket so they make contact with the bulb. If this doesn't work you will have to replace the socket. A wire is broke and they usually break at or in the plug.

Turn sign flash fast in front and no light flash in rear

A fast flash usually indicates a burned out bulb. If you no flash in the rear, that is probably the culprit. Keep in mind just because your taillight works doesn't mean your flasher will. Most newer cars have combination bulbs in the rear with more than one filament in them. Try cahnging the bulb in the rear and if this doesn't help, reply back and we can explore this further.
