I think you have to make a windows password reset disk with third part utility. I know a windows password recovery tool named "Windows Login Recovery". Burn a boot CD with the program, and insert it into the problem computer and your password will be reset to “Blank”, without losing any data and you needn't reinstall windows OS. You can download it from http://www.windowsloginrecovery.com

If you have any other account which has administrator privileges, follow these steps to reset the password for the administratpr account:

Right click on My Computer>Manage>Click on the plus sign next to Local Users and Groups>Select USers>Right click on Administrator>Click on Set Password>Set your desired password.

If you are unable to logon to the existing Windows XP installation, then click on the link mentioned below for more information:

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I forget my password in my computer number 5

if you do not run nuclear waste site, busy airport or similar, i do not see a need for password, especially on winxp which is so full of security holes that you can use it instead of a sieve.

start your winxp in safe mode (from cold start), punching f8 button during startup will invoke choice mode which will allow you to select "safe mode", go as an administrator.

in safe mode, go to control panel, then users, select appriopriate user and remove password from this settings.

reboot your computer and you should boot to your setup without password, if you wish, you can again install password.

if you put password protection on admin account, create boot disk on any of your other 4 computers with any freely available password recovery programs, set bios to start from cd and then run your computer from created cd, follow instructions and recover your password.

unless you are given the status by a network manager you can't. Admin logins are set up when the network is installed, or by an existing network administrator. Breaking into netwoks is a criminal act unless you have the rights.

We do not provide this type of information without a special clearance from the network owners. Who possible have the password in their safe

Hello

Hi oliver - do this:

1)Boot in Safe Mode (Turn on pc,start hitting F8 key. This will take you boot option menu. Highlight Safe Mode and hit ENTER.)
2)After Welcome screen, screen should come up with your name and Administrator.Choose Administrator.(Most WinXP systems don't have a password for Administrator).
3)Go to Start>control panel>user accounts.(you'll probably have to double click in Safe Mode.)
4)Click on your account.
5)Click on change password or remove password, your choice. If chose change password, look on the left side and there is a tool:prevent loss of password. This will guide you through making a pssword disk in case this happens again. Reboot in normal mode.
6)If chose reset password, you'll have to enter password. If you chose remove,it will just boot up all the way through.
If this takes care of your problem PLEASE rate this as fixed. If it did not work, DO NOT RATE yet. Just add a comment letting me know that you need more help and I'll be happy to assist you further. Thanks. Have a nice day.
