Software problem i was using sony DCR TRV 285E But now i am not able to transfer my picture the camcoder is not geting connected with the pc. it says you need macromedia flashplayer for this even after installing macro media flashplayer the same diologue box is coming up. even i tried with my desktop the message is coming.

    I have a problem that betwen camcoder and computer not able communicate, its mean even use fire wire or original usb cable, the capture mode is not working. I have installed picture packager and uled video studio. Try to use both software , is still not working.

Heres what you gonna do.
first you need a driver for your camcorder to recognize the device what you plug. use USB for pluging it. upload your videos to any movie maker application such as ulead movie maker, nero movie maker, windows movie maker, etc.. save it with any various types of videos like avi, divx, vcd, dvd, etc.. and now its on your computer. heres the link and other instructions of installations. hope that helps!

you can use the supplied USB cable of the camcorder and connect it to a Personal Computer. You'll need a software program (video editing software) to synchronize your video file from your camcoder to your PC. Other uses TV Capture card for this process.
