choose your OS and download the full driver, that should have a size of 200mb.(HP Scanjet Full Feature Software and Driver)

when you are done with the download just run it and follow the steps thats it

Choose your version of windows from the list, then click ' HP Scanjet Full Feature Software and Driver'

This will setup your printer and the necessary software you would usually find on the CD.
