Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Why wont safari let open office download?

You have to download an app for documents like Open Office to download and open on your iPad. Safari won't let you download certain files from the internet. Apps like Downloads HD are one of those apps that lets you download almost anything from your iPad and open it from within the app or from another app that can open that file you downloaded.

    Download free microsoft office 2007

I am not aware of anywhere that you can download Office 2007 for free...not legitimately, anyway.

If you need Office functionality but don't want to pay, try OpenOffice. It's an open-source, free work-alike to MS Office and quite suitable. This link will take you to the OpenOffice.org site to download the program package. I've been using OpenOffice exclusively for nearly six years and find it quite adequate. It replaces Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Calc. It will open/modify/save any Office file in MS Office format.

    Hope that's helpful.

    Where i can download ms.word 20007?

I suggest you download OpenOffice instead. (Unless you need MS Office 2007 to use in a school/college environment, of course. Where everyone is using MS Office 2007, and you are learning about MS Word)

    1) Anything generated on a computer with MS Office, can be used on a computer with OpenOffice.

    2) Anything generated on a computer with OpenOffice, can be used on a computer with MS Office.

    3) There is no learning curve per se.
The userface of OpenOffice is VERY similar to MS Office.
OpenOffice example of Word is Writer.

I've used it for 2 years now. (I likes it!)

Want to convert odt files to doc files

Providing that you have the OpenOffice writer software installed on your computer the process is quiet simple.

    1. open the .odt file using OpenOffice writer
    2. from the top menu bar select File and choose Save As from the drop down options or Press (Ctrl+Shift+S)
    3. click the down arrow on the Save as type text box near the cancel button.
    4. Choose the .doc version you want
    5. click save

If you don't have OpenOffice on your computer it is free to download http://download.openoffice.org/ and then use the steps outlined above
    OR
online you can go to http://www.freefileconvert.com/ where you can simply do it online by uploading your .odt file and selecting which format you wish to convert it too.

Pre-installed program, no where to have a product key!!

    Hi,

Sorry to tell you that now the trial period has run out you will need to purchase a product key from Microsoft to reactivate Office again.

Alternativley, you can download Openoffice which is FREE software. It recognizes Microsoft Office files and allows you to modify, add to and remove text from all MS Office documents.

Click on the link below and try Openoffice >>>>>>>

    http://download.openoffice.org/contribute.html?download=mirrorbrain&files/stable/3.1.1/OOo_3.1.1_Win32Intel_install_wJRE_en-US.exe

The download should start straight away. As soon as it's downloaded you can install the program.

    Regards.

Same thing.. new computer with trial version. Got

    Hi there,
The trial period has run out so you are now required to purchase a new product key from Microsoft, the key on the sticker has nothing to do with MS Office and is only the operating system key.
The only other way round this problem is to download openoffice for free which will open all your MS Office documents, get openoffice here >>>>>>>>>
