You need to contact the companies themselves. We can't correct this situation for you.

Please do not fall for any come on scams as clicking on it may harm your computer. Some of these internet hucksters say you have been selected to receive a gift or something else, and then ask for your personal data before they do anything and often it is just a scam to get your E-mail address to flood you with spam.

When router is pluged in modem no internet.when modem is pluged into tower internet is on.

From what I understand, your router is not working, is it new or did you have it working before your difficulty?
If it is not new try this, plug you modem into you router and your router into your computer. Pull the power supply plug out of the modem for one minute and them plug it back in. When all of your lights are green and solid, reboot your computer. When it comes back up see if you can get on line. This has worked for me many times. Now if it doesn't help...call your ISP (Internet Service Provider) like comcast, verizon, whomever...and they can take over your machine and correct the setting in a matter of two minutes...You'll save a lot of headaches...And you are paying for the SERVICE, right !
Good luck, please leave rating, thank you kindly

I recently bought a HP Photosmart C5100 All in One Printer. Is it true that if my yellow cartridge is out, that I cannot print in black? It usually pops up with "Your yellow is out" and gives...

I paid for the printer along with a promise from HP that they would answer any problems I had. I certainly do not want to pay someone. I already have an IT dept at work who would gladly help me without charge. I don't understand how HP can presume upon me to pay for a problem that is theirs.

AOL has always been problematic since 1991, the best way for you to resolve your issue is to call AOL. I personally don’t understand why people still use AOL when you have DSL or Cable since DSL and Cable are the internet service then you pay on top of that to use AOL? It just seems like a great waste of money and trouble to me, for AOL is nearly impossible to get off your computer once it has been installed.

hi,
you can try this solution
please check wheather your system date and time are correct and they are showing current date and time ,,try this
  1. Open Internet Explorer and click Tools , Internet Options , and then click the Security tab.
  2. Select Trusted Sites , and then click the Default Level button.
  3. Click the Advanced tab and scroll to the Security Options section.
  4. Select Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0 if they are not already selected.
  5. Click the Content tab.
  6. Click the Clear SSL State button, and then click OK . You should now be able to view secure Web sites if you had to make any selection. Browse to a secure Web page to make sure. If you still cannot access the page, use the remaining steps to resolve the problem.
