Phone kept turning itself off. Changed battery, still the same. Now, after I power on the phone, I only get a white screen. Cannot turn it off. Must remove the battery. Sony suggested seeing one of their repair specialists. Is there a reset code for teh phone. I still have a lot of information stored that I would like to retrieve.
