I bought a Rankam hose reel at Sam's Club 2 of the tires are flat tried to put air in them. Air comes out as fast as you put it in. Need 2 new tires or a way to fix them. I just purchased this on 06/17/2011. Tried to call the number in the book but no luck left a message but no return call

The hose on the side that connects to the water supply is not the same hose that goes inside.
The side hose connects to the faucet and the fitting on the hose reel is not supposed to rotate.
The hose that the homeowner installs connects to the adapter on the center of the reel and this goes around when the spool is turning. Beyond that, I don't really understand the question. Hopefully this will give you some information that you can use and then post back.

It is a type of quick connect adapter....it would be helpful if you could find out what brand....

Here is one type

Most either have a quick slide feature where you pull back on the one side and then pull apart the connection, or they simply push together and twist to connect...

Are you sure that it is not going into gear? Could it be that the key did not get put back in place. The key is a little rectangular piece of metal that slides into a slot on the axle and inside the center of the wheel to keep the axle and wheel interlocked. Sometimes they slide out when putting the wheel back on.
