Typically, the drain line is in some way plugged, kinked, or blocked. Disconnect the drain line from the drain, wherever it is attached and see if the machine will drain into a bucket, or if you can find an obstruction of some sort on (or in) that line.

I may be able to be more specific if you were to provide make and model of the machine.

Hope this helps,
Kermit

Washer leaks when close to the end of the cycle

if water is running out from under machine, could be several things 1. water pump seal worn out
2. loose hose connection. or hole in one of the rubber hoses.
end of cycle is normally spin and pump so problem as suggested above could be pump shaft seal worn out, normally you would get dripping water from pump ,if it is pump leaking, then you need a new pump, good luck

Cycle has stopped 31 mins from end and has lit up check water. No blockage and this should be the drying cycle. Is this a repairable problem or not as it is old?

On many older machines, there was only one water pump. During the wash and rinse cycles, the pump would cause the water to spray the inside of the cabinet. At the end of the cycle a solenoid would open a valve and the pump would then cause the water to be sent to the drain. There are a couple of ways to check for this. Ordinarily, you would hear a knock or thump when the solenoid operates. Another way to tell is if you still have a lot of food particles during the rinse cycle - particles that should have been drained out at the end of the wash cycle.

Some solenoids were not particularly expensive and are fairly easy to replace. If you post your make and model number, I can get more information for you.

Oko 72630. Why is it stuck on rinse cycle?

Could be several reasons:
- Selected the "Night cycle" program (means standing with the drum full of water, reason: too much noise in the spin cycle)
- Set to the "Rinse hold" (means standing with the drum full of water, reason: wrinkles on the clothes)

According to your description I think that this is not a failure otherwise error E20 will be appears on display.

Once the washing programme has come to an end, END illuminates on the programme progress display.
If RINSE HOLD was selected, the display beside the START/ PAUSE button flashes.
1. After a rinse hold, the water must first be pumped out:
- Either press the START/PAUSE button (the water is pumped out and the washing is spun according to the completed programme;
After the START/PAUSE button is pressed again, the spin speed can still also be changed during spinning), or
- Turn the programme selector to PUMP OUT and press the START/PAUSE button (the water is pumped out without spinning),or
- Turn the programme selector to SPIN or SHORT SPIN and press theSTART/PAUSE button (the water is pumped out and the washing is spun or gently spun).
At the end of this programme step, the END indicator will illuminate.
2. Open the door.
As soon as the DOOR indicator lights up green, the door can be opened.

Won't drain at end of cycle. water still inside bottom of machine

you have something in the pump or pump is burned out. find the pump: take the back off the wwasher, follow two 1 inch(or about that size) hoses, attached to these hoses is a pump. now, dissconnect hoses ( have towels and buckets ready to catch water) and remove cover on pump. Inpect inside fins to see if there is something keeping them from not moving.

My system keeps flashing the 90 code indicating low water flow. My pool is full. What's wrong and how do I get the system to run normal? I just set the pool up and it has flash this cood from the...

Most low flow alarms are caused by the pump stopping before the chlorinator cycle ends. You must set the chlorinator hrs between the pump cycle. Start and set your pump cycle, wait at least15 to 30 minutes and then set you chlorinator hrs and make sure to it completes it's cycle at least 15 to 30 minutes before the pump cycle ends, If your pump turns off before the chlorinator cycle ends, you will get a low flow alarm......
Hope this helps, if it does, please rate...

The washer squeals as the water is filling the tub and continues through most of the cycles. As the machine agitates quickly, the squealing stops. However, it squeals at the end of the cycle.

Sounds like the pump.  When it first fills the pump recirculates the water, then it comes on at the end of each cycle to drain the water.  The pump is on the bottom of the machine, on the right side.

Wont pump water

If it did not pump at all I would say you had a bad pump. Try removing hoses and check for plug up. If there is no plug up, I would manually try to adjust the timer to see where in the cycle it does not pump. It could be a bad cycle timer.
