Go to this link to get drivers for your b4350, i think you might need to register first to see the actual drivers... but there is a free registration option there, just select that, these drivers are free i think...

SOURCE: OKIDATA B4350 PRINTER DISPLAY "COVER

Lift the cover locate the micro-switch for the cover and manually depress it if the light goes out the cover may not be contacting the switch or not pushing it down far enough. Put some small pieces of masking tape on the switch button that should solve it. If not lets know

I REMOVE THE JAMMED COPY. PRINTER STARTS AGAIN AND JAMS UP AGAIN ON THE VERY NEXT COPY. COPY SEEMS TO BE MADE BUT CAN'T GET OUT OF THE EXIT

Jam may not be completely cleared or paper is not suitable for your printer.

You can find your User Guide, an Educational Guide on the paper which is compatible with your printer and updated Drivers here:

http://my.okidata.com/PP-B4350.nsf?opendatabase

In the Troubleshooting section of the User Guide (page 74 of the English version) there is a section on dealing with Paper Jams. Make sure you have cleared all areas and that your paper is compatible.

Trust this is helpful. Please vote.

We purchased a used printer and it has a built in header line that prints on every page how can we change that information?

Here is a link to the Manual

http://my.okidata.com/mandown.nsf/da2b6a406aad2b9a852571160056738e/be70fcaf93d577e285256e89005052f9/$FILE/39363001_locked.pdf

I found nothing that says it can store a header, but you can try resetting it to factory settings.

From page 18, third Note:

Press the control button and hold it down while the printer is turned on. (press and hold the control button while turning on the printer.) The LED indicators blink when the printer has been reset.

Printing

Dear jamin4volks;

As per this excerpt from the Oki B4350 User manual:

"FACE UP AND FACE DOWN PRINTING
For face down printing, make sure the rear paper exit tray is closed (the paper exits from the top of the printer). The paper exit bin on the top of the printer stacks printed pages face down, capacity 150 sheets of 20 lb. paper. Pages printed in reading order (page 1 first) will be sorted in reading order (last page on top, facing down).

For face up printing, make sure the face up rear paper exit tray is open and the paper guide is extended if required. In this condition, paper will exit via this path, regardless of driver settings. Paper is stacked in reverse order, capacity 50 sheets of 20 lb. paper.

Always use this tray and the manual feed tray for heavyweight stocks to reduce the possibility of paper jams."

This manual is available at http://my.okidata.com/mandown.nsf/(MOC-B4350)/BE70FCAF93D577E285256E89005052F9?OpenDocument

Hope this helps;

Frank

Look at page 12 of the manual that can be viewed here: http://my.okidata.com/PP-B4350.nsf?opendatabase Make sure that the tray that the paper is coming out onto now is pushed in. That should do it Ed
