The drain is located on the back of the washer. It is usually about a 2+" black hose. that is clamped onto the washer and goes into a stand pipe or a wall drain. You will have to remove it to clean it out. Be sure to turn the washer off and unplug it and have some old towels ready!

Good luck to you.

My kenmore stackable washer model 417.92702200 washes the cothes and drain but not spin. The clothes are very wet and smell burned when it try to spin.

This involves the spin lid switch.
You can tape the two wires to the switch together and it'll work just fine
Also check the plunger on the lid to see if it is not broken off

If this was helpful please rate me.

The clothes are still water logged at the end of the cycle. I do not think it is a drainage problem for there is no pooled water.

Check for a kinked drain hose. Don't move the washer just look behind it with a flashlight
This happens a lot
If you move the washer tho the kink will straighten out and you will never see it.

If this was helpful please rate me.

My washing machine doesnt hold the water it keeps darin the water only

Your drain hose is probably pushed too far down the drain or it is rigged somehow to be below the level in the machine.
Pull the drain hose up above the level of the machine level on full.

I am having the same problem as you stated with you WM1814CW

Replacing the drain pump is not that hard. But you will need to confirm that is the problem.  Remove the filter drain plug to make sure there is no large build up of debris blocking the filter.
