I lost the serial number for this program. I believed that was CD2WP12EPCHE but I can not install the program.

I'm afraid there is no way to install a program and not have the serial number. if you bought it online, the company may have emailed the serial number to you.

If you mean get a serial number that is not yours, that is illegal depending on what country you are, and against the TOS of the program.

If you lost it, just call or email the company which makes the program for assistance. They will most likely ask you for proof or purchase, such as invoice number or your information.
