Question about Samsung Prostar 816 Phone
How do you use the conference call function
The display phones show prompts on screen to help with the setting up of a conference call, please be aware that this supports up to 5 users at one time, depending on how many channels (lines) you have installed. I have posted a training video which is easy to follow, if you would like to see more like these visit YouTube and search 'abbeytel' or go to www.abbeytelecom.com.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Tips for a great answer:
Make call or when you have answered a call.
On the screen will appear CONF, PAGE, and MUTE
Press left hand soft key that is under CONF
Make next call by dialling 9 plus no. or the extension no.
Once you have the person you wish to speak to connected press CONF twice until you are all connected together.
You can have up to 5 people in a conference, you just repeat the process.
To leave the conference but leave the other parties to carry on (unsupported conference) Press CONF followed by your own extension no. This has to be the extension which started the conference.
Hope that this helps, I have also uploaded a video off http://www.abbeytelecom.com showing how to do conferencing there are loads of others on that site.
