Question about Computers & Internet
First, you have to make sure that it is the same size drive and that it will fit into the laptop. Is the new drive a Dell also or another brand? Laptops are not hard to take apart - but there are a LOT of little screws. When you take apart a laptop, you should have paper, pen and tape handy. Draw a rough diagram of your laptop as you disassemble it and then tape the screws to the section that you have removed them from. Otherwise, when you reassemble it, you will have screws just sitting there, looking around, wondering where they should go!
