How do i log into my pc?

Hi you will need to purchase a bluetooth dongle

These can be purchased from any reputable PC shop or alternativley they can be picked up cheap on ebay, just typw in bluetooth dongle in the search box

It means that you are not logged into the computer as an administrator account. Please log in with administrator privileges and then install the dongle. No one can help you in logging as Admin as no one else would know the admin username and password for your PC.

Have you tried a dongle? Also, do you have the software installed correctly (check in the control panel/system/device manager). It maybe either or both of these. You may have a damaged bluetooth connection so if you have all the drivers correctly installed then a dongle would be the only other option as far as i'm aware

Go to safe mode by pressing f8 when you start up, my guess is the administration password has not been used once you log in remove the password you created from the logon you also created. Turn off and try again. If the administration password is unknown there is no way into XP none whatsoever. Even the most hacker within Microsoft will not allow you in, the only way is to reformat and start again. Good luck on the first try.

Hi When the laptop boots and reaches the logon screen, log in as administrator. If administrator does not show in the list of users, press ctrl+alt+del two times. The log on screen will appear. Log in as administrator, blank password and make sure it's logging in to the laptop and not on a domain. Then you can create a new user, Control Panel, Users, Create user. Make sure that this user has admistrative rights. Restart the computer and this new user will show in list of users to log on. Please let me know if you have any problems doing this.

Try to turn off automatic updates. Right-click on MyComputer icon, select properties, Click on Automatic Updates, turn off automatic updates. Maybe it's trying to download updates automatically and this will slow down the computer. If that is the problem, you have to make sure you get all your updates manually first and then change back settings to automatically download updates afterwards. Please let me know if this still doesn't help.
