Can a white man from lazio Italy talk like a black

what does a black man talk like?
what sort of accent would you expect from him?
accents are what people learn from birth and get it from the people around then
so a black man living all his life in england may have a cockney or a londoner or cambridge accent, in france would have a french accent and in italy would have an italian accent
so what answer were you expecting?

No power , computer will not turn on

Hi, IF the system is not turning on any more, try removing the power cable, then press the power button for 10 seconds. then try to power it on again . If it is still not powering up there could be an issue wiht the power supply of the computer. But if it start to turn on, like showing the Sony logo then windows but not going to the desktop. you can try to log on using safemode. you can go there by pressing F8 on the keyboard after turning on the computer. If it still not turning on even on safe mode. there couldbe an issue with the operating system of the computer and needs to be reinstalled.
Thank you for using Fixya, your recommendation is highly appreciated for the free support.

PC will not turn on. Previously it would not turn off. Now it will not turn on.

Make sure you don't have a stuck power button. They sometimes get partially depressed and stuck there.

If that's not it, it's most likely a failed power supply, or motherboard. Without some spare parts, it's going to be really difficult to diagnose. It might be time to turn it over to a professional for some troubleshooting, if it's not a stuck button.

Keyboard problems

This probably results from a setting that got changed in your messenger. One of the tabs on the messenger window is the path to the settings, but I don't know which as I use the messenger in the beta mail window. If you can't find the setting, you could alternately uninstall and reinstall messenger to restore the defaults.

If you find my suggestions to be helpful, please share with us some details so that others may benefit from knowing the whole story. Thank you!

Check your bios and see if there's anything related to the scroll lock. I've seen that happen in the past and the solution was simply in the bios.

On my logitech keyboard Y-BH52 my back slash, comma, forward slash and bracket keys are typing in what looks to be french characters such as A's with accents on them...if you could provide any assistance...

hmmm it seems by mistake you have changed your key-board layout to french language.
  • Hold down Alt and press Shift. (Alt+Shift). Check the result by pressing thoes keys. If its back to original means you have installed both English/French both and can toggle pressing Alt+Shift.
  • Otherwise goto Start -> Control Panel -> Regional And Language Option.
  • Click on Language Tab, then Details button.
  • Now in settings tab you can see the languages installed on your system. You can remove un-wanted or/and select a default languages which you want.

Please post your feed-back
Thanks
