I had my Treo 700

I had my Treo 700 lock up in May. My tech support guy helped me get to through to your company and get all of my data back- except for all the expensive data [games,bible,dictionary] which I payed for and appears to be lost. It looks like the issue may stem from a secondary password being issued. It's bad enough to have lost it but when your company sends me another ad on my computer via email to buy more software the first thought in my head is "cold day in hell".
To compound the issue, today we've replaced my company pc with a Dell and the 700 refuses to even recognize it when I try to sync.
