I cant format my memory card and my cellphone cant read it to what should i do .

if your Cellphone memory card not formated, you are use these steps:-

Right click on my Computer
click on manage
slect Disk Management
Rigth click on memory card and format it
user your new reformated card

maybe your memory card is damaged or corrupted... check it by inserting other memory card... if your phone CAN read other memory card it means that your memory card is damaged or corrupted... and if the other memory card you inserted and still the same problem persist that your phone thus not read memory card... maybe there is something wrong with your phone... it can't detect a memory card...

options:
- replace new memory card (if damaged)
- go to the cellphone technician and have that phone fix..

First Solution:
Try bluetooth, ask your friend(s) to send you song via bluetooth then save it to your phone memory or memory card, if it is working meaning there is no problem with your cellphone. It's in the audio format!
Second Solution:
Backup all of your songs then copy one(1) song and convert it using audio and video converter into mp3 format. Though your songs in your mp3 player are already an mp3 format. Some cellphone can not read it as mp3, after converting copy the song that you converted as mp3 format into your memory card but before that format your memory card first. Good day

sol..... Actually datastructure of ur memory card is damage. So format ur memory stick with ntfs file format(and do not perform quick format).

Do not use card reader and format with pc, you only format the card with the phone,and only once.

If you format the card with your pc the phone migt not see the card anymore,even if you format fat32. The card is suppose to be formatted with phone because the phone needs to build folders in the card.

As for saving anything,say pic,just open options and choose card.

its not the adaptor its the card hence it gives you the error means it can access it. is the card working 100% when you plug it back to the phone?

you must've done somethig wrong it cant happen by itself, once corrupted there's nothing you can do
but try formatting it with vista and that should work
