Re: TIME FOR VOICE RECORDER IN 512MB
Not very much. It depends on how many songs are already in the player. The problem is that the recordings are made in WAV format, and WAV format takes up MUCH more space than an mp3 file. If you had no other songs on the player, I would say an hour maximum - maybe much less.

Go to the following webpage and download the user manual for your Gogear SA6045, it will tell you everything you need to know about the MP3 player including how to use the fm recorder.
Please take time to rate me
If I understood you correctly you want to know how to record audio on your mp3?
Look at the manual at page 24 for a detailed explanation
The Go Gear SA52XX series is only capable of recording FM in Europe - the US versions, even though they have the same manual, will not allow FM Recording. I haven't heard that won't do voice recordings, but it doesn't surprise me - update the firmware - the directions are on Philips website. If it still won't record voice recordings, get a different mp3 player, because this is not the one.
The Philips SA6045, SA5125, and a few others will do FM and voice recordings. Ironically, the newer Philips GoGear's will not.
You can delete voice recordings by simply connecting your device to your computer. Then you got to my computer, select the device,go to recordings, then voice and finally right click the recording you want to delete and click delete. That should do it!!
Go to www.usasupport.philips.com , enter in your GoGear model number, click on the exact model number, and then click on the software and drivers tab; there will be the latest version of the "Device/Firmware Manager" on the website.
