The best is if you deinstalate your samsung drivers from your computer, if the deinstallation is done you need to reboot your computer so All the program info are deleted, the installate the driver iser from the original samsung CD or from the samsung web site to your computer, you need to download the printer and the scanner driver and the DR. Printer from the samsung download site if you do not have the CD!
The error code say it is an problem with the fuser!
You can try to deinstalate the soft ware for your samsung printer from your computer and reboot after it is removed, then instalate the software new from your samsung CD or from the samsung download side.
You need to install the printer driver, the scanner driver and the Dr. samsung new on your computer then restart the computer aggain and try to use it, hope it will work.
A lot of problem happened to mine also using the driver installer that comes with the unit. I just downloaded and installed the driver from below link then my printer's now working fine. Try and I hope it will work for you too.
You have to disconnect the printer from computer , then remove the software(Remove printer) from the computer to reinstall it. Download the driver that matches you version of windows, from the HP site then reinstall it using the new driver.
Link to HP website from you model driver:
Try the following:
first start the installation until the error rises - don't continue.
Then change to the "normal" printer installation through system/printers/add printer
There install a local printer at "HP Standard TCP/IP Port" ("Standard TCP/IP Port" works too), fill in the ip, choose HP and your printer - it now should be listet due to the interrupted installation - finish this installation. The printer is now ready.
At last terminate the waiting (exe)installation by taskmanager - don't let it finish cause it tries to deinstall the printer again.
Do you have windows xp for os ???? If so deinstall your printer on your computer and disconnect your usb connection.
First install the driver by putting your cd in your computer...Some product will tell you when to connect your usb cable to your computer...if not, make sure your driver is correctly install. After, reboot your PC and plug-in your usb cable and power up your printer....
