    i dont know if you got the last comment so i will enter it again i went to yahoo and in the search area i typed it just lke this find my order roxio and hit searxch and it took me right to the roxio web site

Lost the product key for my roxio cd & DVD burning.


we can't supply the product key for your software only the Roxio web site can do that, this key is an anti pirating product protection activation key and as such can only be issued by the software maker, sorry. here is the Roxio support site link, but here is what the site says about the requirements for getting a replacement product key number, this is copied and pasted from the Roxio web site. web site link is below.

CD-key/Serial number replacement If you have misplaced your CD-Key/Serial number, first please try to locate it by following the instructions below:
    • The CD-Key for boxed roxio products purchased in a store (retail/online) is located on the back cover of the CD-ROM/DVD-ROM jewel case, or on a sticker on the CD/DVD sleeve.
    • The CD-Key for a roxio product purchased and downloaded directly from our eStore is located in your order confirmation e-mail.
    • If you do not have your order confirmation e-mail, you can look up your CD-Key in your order at Digital River's Customer Service site:

      You will be required to provide either your order number and password OR your e-mail address and the last 5 digits of the credit card you used.

Extended download service norton 360 3.0 upgrade order no 1651720250 cannot install.


1. Go to www.norton.com/n360 and save the file to your desktop
2. If you do not have the product key go to www.findmyorder.com get the product key, after placing the you must have received an email with the order number and product key.
3. Now go to www.norton.com/nrt and run the file. and follow the instruction. it will ask you to reboot the computer. after the reboot please double click on the file which we have saved on the desktop (N36S200.exe)

Even when not editing with Roxio Creator 10, I get the message: "RoxMMTrayApp Module has encountered a problem and needs to close." Etc. Why?


Seems to be a common problem with other users also. Something is crashing when windows starts up. Try disabling it at startup like shown here at http://forums.support.roxio.com/lofiversion/index.php/t25600.html . If that doesn't fix it, it might just need an update. Check out http://www.roxio.com/enu/support/emc10/software_updates.html for updates to your software.

Hi kspeer, sorry I do not ues Roxio 7 or Roxio Toast 7. In fact Roxio does not seem to support 7 all that much. If you open your roxio's help & type in supported file formats. Thats a good place to start. You can always try roxio here at this link.
