Why does a new never used facebook acc.,also a somewhat new user to a laptop dell windows xp year model made 06 and I no longer owners handbook on use ,never did. so I'am trying to get first time to enroll with a facebook account but I can't get pass the e-mail name that bI have entered as in my main email account which is yahoo.com please help I'am getting very frusterated. at this process all I want to do is create a never signed up for facebook account. new account user to facebook help me sign up.please

1. Run "lusrmgr.msc" to reset Dell Windows password.

I recommend you do a clean reinstall XP Pro using the Windows XP Pro installation CD. Delete all the partitions and create a new partition.

This is generally how your format the hard disk and install Windows.
First you need a Windows XP or Windows Vista installation CD and the product installation code, which is printed on the Windows label on the bottom of your laptop.
Boot up with the Windows installation CD start and follow the instructions to install Windows.
Next Delete the existing Windows partition.
Next Create a new partition.

If this is a windows XP. Then you can reset the password with the following method without making any changes to the data. However it may not work if the first owner has put password on the administrator user account. Solution: Start the computer in safe mode by tapping F8 key several times while booting. Then login to the administrator account. Go to Start - Control Panel - User Accounts - Click the user and click on change password. and change the password to any new one.
