MY PHONE HAS BEEN SHOW ON SCREEN OFFLINE . MY CELLPHONE CANT ACCEPT ANY SIM CARD SO DO NEEDFUL

offline mode is probably your phone's way of saying it's in airplane mode. When your phone's in this mode you can't make or recieve calls or access the web. Take it back to your service provider's store and tell them what happened. Either you can get a new phone OR they will try to fix it.

You can try to fix this yourself by going into your phone's menu and usually under settings there with be a sub-menu called setup or others. try to find "offline" or "airplane mode and switch it off
