I hate to be the bearer of bad news but phone freeze is pretty much the end of the line. That is a security feature in the base firmware. If a security code is entered incorrectly too many times, the phone completely locks up. At that point, it is pretty much useless.

Samsung has implemented this so that you have to send it back to them.

Unless you know someone that can reflash the main firmware, its bricked.

Please be fair and at least rate as helpful, because there really is no "fix ya" solution available for phone freeze.

Sorry dude but you have been misled. I contacted samsung customer services and they gave me phone numbers for their repair centres local to myself. It turns out that it the Carphone warehouse shops. They can fix this in 24 hours for £45.

Samsung s5230 phone freeze sim unavailable

Hi, it's possible to solve Phone Freeze for Samsung s5230 model on Fastgsm.com. The best option would be unlocking by data cable, if it's possible in your case. I hope this helps with your problem.

Phone says, phone freeze SIM unavailable. contact your service provider.

If the phone displays the message 'phone says, phone freeze SIM unavailable. contact your service provider', then the samsung phone has got hard locked and you need to reset the phone to enter the unlock code again. You can get the unfreeze code, NCK code and SPCKcode from third party. After unfreeze your phone, you have to enter the NCKcode to unlock and use it with any gsm network in the world. i will suggest thewebsite MobileUnlockSolutions.com which is doing goodservice .....you can approach this website

You can try with a different sim card if you have one. Or if you don't call att and tell them that you get this displayed on your phone. After they fix it use your unlock code.

Phone freeze Sim unavailable please contact service provider

Phone freeze means you enters the network code 3x wrong

If you have the original cable for this phone you can power it on without simcard.
Then get an account for the SRS online server (Unlock Samsung Online - Samsung Remote Unlock Server EN - Samsung Unlock)

now connect your phone to the computer, and install the drivers (if needed)
login to the srs server, select the correct port, and model. Now press direct unlock, and sit back. (process can take up to 5 hours). After you get "unlock done" your phone is unlocked, and the phone freeze is repaired.

I have a samsung u900 soul and it says phone freeze sim unavailable. Can you help me fix this please?

Not sure but have had that happen to me now and again.

It might be the fact that somehow or the other, you've put the sim card in the wrong way so just try taking it out and putting back in again a different way...just keep doing that until the phone "sees" the sim.

Hope that helps
