Question about Samsung Cell Phones
Unfortunately, phone freeze on a samsung is a security feature when a pin code is entered incorrectly too many times.
This may or may not work, but try *2767#3855#. This is a full factory reset.
If this doesn't work, the only way to get past that is to send the phone back to the manufacturer or if you know anyone that can reflash the firmware. (reinstall new software to the phone).
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but phone freeze most times makes the phone useless.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
