You have a virus of some kind on board.Try restoring your computer to an earlier date using restore under Device Manager and then run an anti-virus scan on your PC.

Can't print - computer keeps saying that printer is off


unplug from computer and turn off printer. turn computer off. turn computer on. turn on printer. plug printer back into computer in different USB slot. Computer should find it.

My 5315 is asking for a current password


Hi,

If you have forgot BIOS password then you have to reset CMOS jumper setting. Please follow the below steps: Open the Laptop back panel. Locate the CMOS battrey, remove it & then with the help of a screw driver keep on pressing the terminal inside it and turn ON the computer for 10 secs and Turn Off (make sure you keep on pressing the terminal with a screwdriver while turning ON). It will clear the BIOS setting. Now, fix the CMOS battrey & restart the computer. This will take care of the issue.

If you are referring to Windows password, then please follow the steps below:

You can restore the computer back to factory default,to do so, follow the below steps: Turn OFF the computer, now as soon as you hit the power button, keep on holding "Alt" key & keep on tapping "F10" key, i.e Alt+f10, it will open the recovery console, select full factory restore and follow onscreen instruction. NOTE: This will erase all the datas on the computer.

if it turns off then there could be some sort of conflicts between drivers and hardware <video> or an overheat, try cleaning your unit..

Startup problem


Restore in SAFE mode to previous date.
manually turn computer off turn on and keep pushing either F2 or F8 depends on computer
